The next “Catch up with Competency” event, organised by ConCom, will be held on 24th March 2010 at the Country Park Inn, Hessle Foreshore.  This is the third time the event has been run.  For the first time we are holding it on the North Bank to promote awareness and to increase the number of North Bank Clients & Contractors involved in the Forum going forward.  The Event will cover the following topics:

• History of the Contractor Competency Scheme
• Why the HSE support our Scheme?
• Recent changes and improvements to the Scheme and movement in legislation
• Information on Trade Competency Schemes that are run by ECITB and CITB (Construction Skills).

HSE attendance is confirmed.
