COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

HCF complaints procedure is a simple process, if you wish to make a formal complaint you may contact any member of staff via telephone, email or written letter. The member of staff will then log the complaint onto a complaint form and file as appropriate passing all of the details onto the CEO.

If the CEO feels he is not suitably independent to the activity the complaint will be passed to the chairman of the board of directors who will further instruct the CEO. If it is determined by the CEO/Chair that the complaint warrants an investigation a designated member of staff will provide a thorough report. On completion of the report a decision will be made by the CEO/Chair regarding any further action. Once any agreed actions have been completed to a satisfactory level the CEO will sign off the complaint form.

You will be kept informed of any updates via the designated member of staff.
